These statistics are derived from data supplied by the City of Cape Town and only include properties within the CID boundary area.

27 June 2026: the statistics have been updated to reflect the removal of 13 properties which were accidentally included in the original property dataset, and corrected in preparation for the first public meeting on 24 June 2026. They have also been updated to exclude properties with zero value, to more accurately reflect property counts that will actually contribute towards the CID.
